Description
The City of Jonesboro is seeking a qualified private company to conduct an independent, confidential employee and organizational climate survey for its 37 employees across four departments. The scope includes developing quantitative and qualitative survey questions, providing a draft survey for review, administering the survey through online and paper-based methods with an employee hotline and technical support, securely collecting responses, and analyzing results by department, tenure, job classification, and other relevant groupings while protecting employee confidentiality. The selected consultant must identify organizational strengths, challenges, and opportunities; benchmark results where applicable; prepare a comprehensive final report and department-level reports when confidentiality permits; provide actionable recommendations and an implementation roadmap; and present findings to the Mayor and City Council and, as requested, City leadership. Proposals must include the firm's understanding and approach, relevant municipal experience, company structure and key personnel, conflict-of-interest statement, work schedule, analytical capacity, cost proposal, and the required exhibits. The submission requires one signed original, four duplicate hard copies, and one flash drive, with specified 12-point font, one-inch margins, and binding requirements.
