The Georgia State Properties Commission, acting on behalf of the Georgia Real Estate Commission and Appraisers Board, is seeking proposals from property owners to lease approximately 6,639 square feet of administrative office and support space. The State Properties Commission would serve as the tenant and intends to enter into a multi-year lease with the successful proposer as landlord.
