Description
The City of Lincoln and Lancaster County are seeking a supplier for standard MUTCD traffic signs, fabricated sign faces, cutface signs, and blank aluminum plates for sign fabrication. Requirements include screen-printed and digitally printed signs using specified 3M sheeting, fluorescent sheeting upgrades, graffiti overlays, standard or custom hole punching, specified aluminum gauges, radius corners, corrosion treatment, protective packaging, and compliance with applicable Federal Highway Administration and Nebraska MUTCD requirements. The contract will use estimated quantities and as-needed purchase orders, with pricing for listed line items and comparable pricing for unlisted signs when needed. Bidders must provide warranty statements with their responses, complete the required electronic bid fields and certifications, and include inside delivery FOB destination. The initial term is four years beginning January 10, 2027, with two additional two-year options.
