Description
The City of Lincoln is soliciting an annual supply of rubber-seated butterfly valves for its Water Distribution System. The bid includes 12-, 16-, 20-, 24-, and 30-inch mechanically jointed, left-opening valves in estimated quantities of 1, 20, 1, 20, and 6, respectively. Valves must comply with the current AWWA C504 Class 150B standard and specified requirements, including molded-in body seats, epoxy coating, stainless-steel or approved joint hardware, manual operators, and buried-service configuration. Each valve must include all installation accessories, such as gaskets, glands, tee-head bolts, hex-head nuts, and other required joint materials. Bidders must provide manufacturer and model information, technical documentation or exceptions, a warranty statement, and a product catalog with pricing for additional butterfly valves. Delivery costs and unloading are included in the bid, and orders will be placed as needed during the contract term.
