Description
The West Haymarket Joint Public Agency seeks bids for removal of existing carpet and wall base and installation of specified replacement carpet and wall base in multiple arena areas, including locker rooms, vestibules, lounges, an entryway, and a concourse area. The work includes labor, supervision, materials, supplies, permits, licenses, and equipment, as well as a dumpster for removed materials and attic stock of carpet and wall base for each area. The specifications identify carpet and wall-base products and finishes by area; bidders enter lump-sum pricing for the listed areas in the electronic bid system. Installation must be completed by May 30, 2027.
