Description
Lexington County is seeking professional qualifications from contractors to provide on-call institutional and commercial fire sprinkler maintenance, repair, and inspection services. The scope includes parts and service, system maintenance, and inspections to ensure systems pass state inspection. Work will be assigned as needed, and contractors may not begin work without the County’s written consent or a valid purchase order. Responders must demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in the fire safety business and provide qualifications, a response to the scope specifications, references, business locations, and, if applicable, experience with secured facilities. The County will evaluate qualifications, specification responses, references, and location; a cost proposal is not required at this stage, with cost estimates requested when services are needed. The contract has an initial two-year term with three one-year extension options.
