Tri-Development Center of Aiken County is seeking a color copier under a 36-, 48-, or 60-month lease term. The equipment must support two-sided copying and printing, scanning to email, a minimum print speed of 55 pages per minute, a single-pass duplex automatic document feeder with capacity for 130 originals, and at least three paper trays with combined capacity of 2,100 sheets. Maintenance pricing must remain fixed for the lease term. Lease payments must include property taxes and insurance, and return shipping must be included at the end of the contract term.
