Description
Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to WE SERVE TOO for a "Hold Me Tight: Married Communication Training" Retreat for Families. This event is scheduled for 21 to 23 August 2026 and will serve approximately 30 military couples and families from the 116th Military Intelligence Brigade. The service includes providing facilities, food, equipment, supplies, management, supervision, and labor to support lodging and conference needs. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), citing only one responsible source. The government intends to use Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Commercial procedures under FAR part 12. The NAICS code for this requirement is 721110. Interested parties who believe they can offer this service and that competition would be advantageous to the Government must provide clear and convincing evidence in writing by Monday, June 22, 2026. Oral responses will not be accepted. The government reserves the right to not compete this requirement.
