Description
Effingham County is seeking proposals from experienced governmental auditing firms to provide comprehensive audit services. The scope of work includes conducting the annual audit, preparing the Annual Financial Report (AFR), providing Single Audit services as required, and offering related financial reporting assistance. The selected firm will be expected to collaborate effectively with County staff, maintain open and timely communication, and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting, auditing, and reporting standards. Preference will be given to firms with a proven track record of auditing Georgia local governments of comparable size and complexity.
