Jasper County School District is soliciting proposals for a Vape Detection and Life Safety Sensor System. The scope of work includes the provision of sensors, certified cabling, professional installation, system configuration, cloud services, integration with MonitorCast, alert setup, comprehensive training, warranty services, and ongoing support for student common areas across all District campuses. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk will be conducted on July 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM at 10942 N. Jacob Smart Blvd., Ridgeland, SC 29936. Attendance at this meeting is required for all prospective bidders, and failure to attend may result in disqualification. All questions regarding this solicitation are due by July 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM and should be submitted via email to shaun.shelton@jcsd.net.
