Description
The National Park Service (NPS) at Fort Pulaski National Monument requires the fabrication, delivery, and installation of a new double-sided entrance sign. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code for this opportunity is 339950, Sign Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees. The period of performance is from July 15, 2026, to January 30, 2027. The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of existing sign panels and components, fabrication of new High Density Urethane (HDU) sign panels according to approved drawings, and installation onto the existing sign structure. The contractor will also be responsible for site protection, restoration, and cleanup, as well as coordination with the NPS and Harpers Ferry Center. The new sign panels will be double-sided, measuring 114" W x 43.75" H, made of HDU foam, and will feature specific typography and an inset NPS arrowhead design, painted in specified colors. The contractor must also verify compatibility and measurements with the existing sign structure and provide all necessary mounting hardware.
