Description
The Village of Brookville is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026 Road Improvements project, Contract No. 26143. The work will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, subject to the Village's review and right to reject bids or waive informalities. Bidders must obtain the plans, specifications, proposal sheets, and contract form from the Village Engineer for a non-refundable $50 fee. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 10% of the bid amount. Bidders must complete the Evidence of Successful Completion of Similar Projects form and comply with New York State labor laws. Public liability and property damage insurance and a construction bond are required.
