Description
This solicitation is for the VTS Milan Water Supply Infrastructure Improvements project, located in Lavinia, Gibson County, Tennessee. The project involves the installation of a booster pump station and its connection to an existing 150,000-gallon water storage tank. This upgrade aims to improve the fire suppression system and the vehicle wash rack. Additionally, a supply line to the Headquarters building will be installed, along with all other required related work. Bids are invited for a General Contract. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM Local Time (Central Time) at the facility, Building I - 000 2 upstairs conference room. Bids must be received by 2:00 PM (Local Time, Central Time) on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened via Webex on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM Local Time (Central Time). Bidding documents can be examined at the Designer's office (TLM Associates, Inc.) and various Plan Rooms. Electronic bid documents do not require a plan deposit, but hard copies require a $800.00 certified or cashier's check payable to the State of Tennessee. Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 are required to be licensed. A statement of public contract crime status, minority business status, and a Drug-Free Workplace Affidavit are required in the Bid Form. A five percent (5%) bid security is also required.
