Description
The Town of Apex is soliciting bids for the construction of the Big Branch 2 Pump Station Project, including all associated appurtenances. This project involves significant utility construction and water resources infrastructure development. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 P.M. local time on July 29, 2026, at the Town of Apex Water Resources Administration Building. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 30, 2026, at the same location, and attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Prospective bidders can obtain bidding documents from Hazen and Sawyer. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond and affidavits of "Good Faith Efforts" in the recruitment of Minority Businesses. Bidders shall also submit documentation of their efforts in the recruitment of small, minority, and women-owned businesses.
