Description
The City of North Mankato is accepting bids for the Industry Court Street and Utility Improvement Project (City Project No. 26-01). The work includes miscellaneous removals, construction of approximately 3,100 square yards of bituminous pavement with aggregate base, underdrains, geogrid, curb and gutter, and bituminous courses; 525 square yards of concrete driveway aprons and sidewalks; 1,200 linear feet of storm sewer (12 to 36 inch diameter) with catch basins, manholes, and aprons; 800 linear feet of watermain (6, 8, and 12 inch diameter) with valves, hydrants, services, and water meter installation; a street lighting system; turf establishment; and temporary erosion control. The project is subject to Minnesota State Prevailing Wage Rates and Responsible Contractor Certification.
