Description
The City of League City, Texas is seeking bids for the Oaks of Clear Creek Northern Portion project (CIP #DR2101B). This project includes the construction of a new detention pond and storm sewer improvements to route stormwater flows into the pond. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on July 13, 2026, with proposals to be submitted electronically via PublicPurchase or as sealed hard copies to the City of League City Purchasing Manager. An optional pre-bid conference will be held on June 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the City of League City Civic Center. Bid documents can be obtained from http://leaguecitytx.gov/bids.aspx and www.CivcastUSA.com. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to purchasing@leaguecitytx.gov. A bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total base bid price is required. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
