Description
The Town of Sewalls Point, Florida is soliciting bids from licensed contractors for the installation of gravity sanitary laterals. This project involves connecting existing Town residents within the Rio Vista Subdivision to a new municipal sewer system owned and operated by Martin County Utilities & Solid Waste Department. The work includes connecting to existing Town rights-of-way and a recently installed lift station and gravity sewer collection system designed to serve approximately 76 residents. The Town may also extend the contract to include services in the Ridgeland, Hillcrest Subdivisions, and the road areas of Heritage Place, Emarita Way, Palmetto Dr., West End Estates, Miramar Rd., and Copaire Dr. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, considering factors such as base bid amount, financial responsibility, quality of materials, personnel and equipment resources, proven skill and experience, and previous satisfactory performance.
