Description
The Delaware County Soil and Water Conservation District is soliciting bids for the Village of Hobart's Wastewater Treatment Plant project. The scope of work includes mobilization/demobilization, traffic control, pollution control, de-watering, rock riprap, earthwork, and seeding and mulching. Work within the floodplain or that could affect water quality must be completed between June 15 and September 30, 2026, in accordance with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's permit. Minority- and Women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
