Description
This solicitation is for the repair of an onsite sewage disposal system located at 11495 Eds Drive, King George, Virginia. The project requires adherence to the Virginia Department of Health Onsite Soil Evaluator (OSE) Construction Repair Permit HDID: 099-26-0034-SR, dated March 6, 2026, and all relevant sections of the Code of Virginia Administrative Code Chapter 610, Sewage Handling and Disposal Regulations. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary permits, approvals, materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, and supplies to complete the work. The system must include a minimum one-year labor warranty in addition to manufacturer warranties.
