Description
Scott County, Missouri, through its Commission, intends to purchase automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) cameras for law enforcement purposes. The county has identified a single feasible source for this purchase. Should other sources be discovered, this waiver will be rescinded. The contract is scheduled to be awarded on June 30, 2026.
