Description
The City of St. Cloud is soliciting bids from qualified general or utility contractors for lift station installation and rehabilitation services. These services will be provided on a per-project, task authorization basis within the City of St. Cloud service area. The scope includes the installation of new wastewater and stormwater lift stations, as well as the rehabilitation of existing ones. Services for new installations encompass tasks such as furnishing and installing wet wells, piping, valves, electrical components, and telemetry systems. Rehabilitation services may include full or partial installations, wet well cleaning, pump replacement, and emergency repairs with a four-hour response time. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of experience in lift station system installation and rehabilitation, be licensed to do business in Florida, and comply with all relevant local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
