Description
Holcomb R-III School District in Holcomb, Missouri, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for comprehensive Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity Support. This initiative is funded through the Missouri State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP). The scope of services includes IT help desk and infrastructure management, 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring with EDR/XDR and incident response capabilities, network security enhancements such as MFA deployment and email filtering, and conducting risk assessments to ensure alignment with NIST/CIS Controls. A mandatory requirement includes a minimum of 8 hours per week of onsite technician support. Vendors must demonstrate prior experience within the K-12 education sector and show how their proposed services align with the cybersecurity objectives of the SLCGP.
