Description
The Tishomingo County School District in Mississippi is soliciting bids for the construction of bleachers and press boxes. Bidders are required to register and order bid documents through www.pryormorrowplans.com. A pre-bid conference will be held on a date to be announced via addendum, and all planholders are encouraged to attend. Bids can be submitted in sealed format or electronically via www.pryormorrowplans.com. A bid guarantee of at least five percent (5%) of the base bid is required in the form of a certified check or acceptable bid bond. A 100% Performance-Payment Bond will be required from the successful bidder within ten (10) days of award notification. Bids exceeding $50,000 must include the contractor's current certificate of responsibility number on the exterior of the bid envelope or container, or a statement that the bid does not exceed $50,000. Electronic bids will be considered compliant if this information is included as an attachment.
