Description
Henderson County Schools is soliciting bids for the construction of a new security connector addition at Scotts Hill Elementary School, located at 1TN-114, Scotts Hill, TN 38374. The project includes General Construction, Electrical Construction, and potentially Plumbing/Mechanical and Masonry work. Bidders must comply with Tennessee licensing laws and provide a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the bid amount. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at Scotts Hill Elementary School. Sealed bids will be received until July 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time at Henderson County Schools, 35 E Wilson St., Lexington, TN 38351, and will be opened publicly thereafter. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, as well as insurance.
