Description
Walton County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids to furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and miscellaneous items necessary for fine grading, base preparation, and asphalt paving for 12 pickleball courts at Meridian Park. The bid must include either a bid bond or certified cashier's check equal to 5% of the total bid, as well as a completed E-Verify affidavit. The successful bidder must provide insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the total bid. The owner may evaluate bidders based on quality, workmanship, and adherence to schedules on previous projects.
