Description
Montgomery County Transportation Authority is seeking qualified professionals to provide right-of-way acquisition services on an as-needed basis for future road, bridge, and trail projects. The scope involves right-of-way negotiation and related acquisition support for transportation projects throughout the county. The solicitation requests a no-cost proposal/response, a separate cost/pricing proposal, a current W-9, and an Appendix A submission. An optional submission is available for noted exceptions to the posted terms and conditions. The opportunity is identified as RFP 26-46 and uses an online supplier-network submission process.
