Description
Delaware County, Pennsylvania, is soliciting bids for asphalt repair and replacement at various county facilities. The work includes repaving parking lots, seal coating, striping, concrete pavement, concrete curbs and sidewalks, asphalt base repairs, and asphalt leveling. The solicitation requires a mandatory pre-bid conference and submission through the PennBid portal.
