Description
The School District of Manatee County is establishing a pre-qualified pool of multiple providers to furnish white fleet automotive parts and related services on an as-needed basis. Requested categories include belts and hoses, filters, lighting, electrical and ignition parts, suspension and steering components, diagnostic computers, starters and alternators, water pumps, exhaust and braking-system parts, air-conditioning and heater parts, and aftermarket accessories. The solicitation also requests hourly labor rates, warranty terms, repair-service information, and optional vendor services such as electronic reporting, rebates, purchasing-card acceptance, automatic replenishment, customized websites, and a 12-month purchase-return policy. Bidders must offer fixed percentage discounts from catalog or established price-list pricing, or a cost-plus method, and must meet OEM-equivalent quality requirements. The contract is for three years from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029, with up to three additional one-year renewals. No minimum quantity or contract value is guaranteed, and awards may be made to all responsive and responsible bidders. Responses must include the required bid forms, certifications, experience and qualification information, and pricing, delivery, and warranty details.
