Description

The United States Marine Corps Southwest Region Fleet Transportation division is soliciting a single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for contractor-operated parts-store support across seven installations in California and Arizona. The contractor must provide automotive, forklift, heavy-equipment, material-handling, construction, and civil-engineering repair parts; replacement components; supplies; materials; equipment; parts research; inventory management; and delivery services. Performance may use a staffed on-site store, contractor-owned consignment inventory, on-demand delivery, or a combination of these methods, with Camp Pendleton serving as the regional hub. The scope includes continuous parts availability, price-listed and non-price-listed parts, OEM and aftermarket sourcing, rebuilt and remanufactured components, automated inventory and reporting systems, Fleet Management Information System data entry, backorder and warranty processing, sales and credit documentation, delivery-driver labor, and support for emergency and critical repair requirements. The solicitation requires technical, past-performance, price, and mission-essential-services proposals, including a technical volume, up to three past-performance records, a completed pricing workbook, signed solicitation documents, a continuation-of-essential-services plan, and specified key-personnel, quality-control, transition, and staffing information.
