Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting catalog contract(s) for automotive and bus parts, supplies, and lubricants. Vendors must submit catalogs or price lists with applicable discounts from list pricing; the catalog or price list is required for consideration. The contract is intended to serve participating members, with delivery generally required within 10 working days after receipt of a purchase order unless otherwise specified. The solicitation requires completion and upload of several certifications and forms, including Form W-9, the Edgar Vendor Certification Form, Form 1295 documentation, the Construction-Related Advisory, the Regional Map, and the DEI Policy. Vendors must also complete required online bid attributes, provide company and contact information, identify catalogs and discounts, agree to applicable terms, and pay a non-refundable $50 administrative fee. The resulting contract is effective from March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal.
