The Virginia Contracting Activity is conducting market research for Signatures and Materials Exploitation (SIGMA EX), an anticipated multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The requirement covers five technical disciplines: physical sciences, life sciences, convergent computational sciences, training, and engineering. The four functional areas are operations and maintenance; evaluation, validation, and reporting; research and development; and contract project management and common tasks. Task orders may identify performance locations including Charlottesville, Virginia; the National Capital Region; Patrick Space Force Base; and Cape Canaveral, Florida. This notice is a request for information and is not a solicitation; the full RFI and attachments are to be posted through the identified NSA ARC system.
