The Corporation of the County of Essex, on behalf of the Legislative and Legal Services Department, is issuing a Request for Proposal for Closed Meeting Investigator Services. The selected proponent will investigate alleged violations of closed meeting rules under the Municipal Act and provide reports to the municipality.
