Description
Monroe Public Schools is soliciting sealed proposals for general construction services, including all trades, for Mechanical Updates and Related Work at Hollywood Elementary School. This project requires the successful contractor to act as a Prime Contractor and enter into a direct contract with the Owner. Electronic PDF copies of plans will be available at no cost from the Monroe Public Schools website, with hard copies available for purchase. A mandatory pre-bid meeting for Prime Contractors will be held at the job site on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Attendance is required for Prime Contractors to gain knowledge about the project, submit proof of qualifications for pre-approval, and to be placed on an approved bidders list. Bids submitted by contractors not on the approved list or who do not meet pre-bid requirements will not be opened.
