Description
Metroparks Toledo is seeking a contractor to perform dike repair at Howard Marsh cells 3 and 4. The scope of work includes approximately 1,600 linear feet of dike repair due to sloughed or mammal-damaged embankment. This will involve excavation, filter fabric placement, rip-rap and coarse aggregate placement, fine grading, temporary sediment and erosion control during construction, and site restoration including seeding and mulching. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, skilled supervision, materials, and equipment to complete the project according to the provided plans, specifications, and contract documents. Bidders are encouraged to visit the project site during normal park hours (dawn to dusk) to assess the scope of work and site conditions.
