Description
Harris County is soliciting repair parts, labor, maintenance, and related services for Bell and Airbus helicopters operated by the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The requirement includes helicopter engines and parts, navigation equipment and supplies, instruments and testers, non-engine parts, and tools. Required submission materials include pricing sheets for helicopter labor, repair, maintenance, and parts; acceptance of the general bid requirements; bid acknowledgment; tax residence certification; Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties; proof of insurance; subcontractor listing; references; minimum wage policy and certification; proof of an FAA-approved repair station; and the published Bell and Airbus MSLP catalogs. The contract term is one year beginning approximately October 1, 2026. The solicitation identifies an estimated contract value as required submission information but does not provide the amount. Questions are due August 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM CDT, and bids are due September 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT.
