Description
Harris County Precinct 3 is soliciting thermoplastic striping, reflectorized markers, and related items, including pavement marking services and associated highway and road work. The scope includes street and parking-facility striping, lane divisions, pavement marking removal, and related maintenance or repair activities. The opportunity is for one year beginning approximately November 1, 2026. The submission requires an estimated contract value, bid bond or bid check documentation and authorization, acceptance of general bid requirements, bid acknowledgement, tax residence certification, Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties, proof of insurance, subcontractor listing, references, contractor qualifications, a contractor questionnaire, minimum-wage certification, a prime-contractor safety record questionnaire, and a completed bid table. The provided response templates must be downloaded through the supplier portal.
