Description
Harris County is soliciting construction equipment services and related items, including general and heavy construction services; rental or lease of construction, concrete, earthmoving, tractor, engineering, and other heavy equipment; and equipment provided with operators. The opportunity is an open ITB with reference number 26/0272. The submission requires an estimated contract value, bid bond and bid-check information, a copy of the bid bond or bid check, acceptance of the general bid requirements, Bid Acknowledgement, Tax Residence Certification, Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties, proof of insurance, references, contractor qualifications, a Non-HUB MWBE Utilization Plan Commitment Form, a Contractor Questionnaire, Harris County Minimum Wage Policy and Certification, a prime-contractor safety questionnaire, a bid table, and—when applicable—signed letters of intent and current certification letters for each MWBE firm identified in the utilization plan.
