Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Long Branch is requesting qualifications from firms to provide architectural and engineering professional services under an A&E services pool. The procurement will use a qualifications-based selection process; fees will not be solicited or evaluated with the qualifications submission and will instead be negotiated with the highest-ranked firm or firms after selection. Responses must be submitted electronically through the BidNet Direct portal by the stated deadline. Questions must also be submitted electronically through the portal by the questions deadline, and responses will be issued by addendum. Submissions are subject to the Instructions to Offerors, Non-Construction form HUD-5369-B, and failure to provide all required documentation may result in rejection as non-responsive.
