Description
The Broward Sheriff's Office is seeking one or more qualified proposers to establish and operate a fully hosted, supported, and maintained web-based ordering platform for branded and unbranded promotional products used throughout the agency. Products include apparel, drinkware, bags, lanyards, notepads, pens, business cards, and other promotional items, with multiple artwork variations, logo imprinting, customization, and variable ordering quantities. The system must provide secure user access, catalog management, tiered quantity pricing, customization previews, order and account history, reporting, invoicing, and shipment to multiple agency addresses. Integration with Euna's EqualLevel Platform, PeopleSoft, and Workday is preferred, including cXML PunchOut and OCI capabilities. The initial contract term is three years with two one-year renewal options. Proposers must submit core-item pricing, catalog discounts, financial and qualification information, references, required forms, and samples of a 12-ounce stadium cup, three-quarter-inch lanyard with hook, and 3.5-by-5.5-inch notepad.
