Description
The Town of Davie Utilities Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide specialized rental equipment for removing sludge from basins. The turnkey scope includes a Takeuchi TL12R2-CR or equivalent skid steer track loader, a Cornell 6612T-RP-QSF2.8 or equivalent 6-inch diesel pump, suction hoses, camlock fittings, bends, reducers, strainers, fuel, delivery, pickup, assembly, dismantling, setup, and breakdown labor. Equivalent substitutions are not permitted for the specified items, and bidders may offer a percentage discount from list/book rates for additional rental items not listed on the quote form. Equipment is expected to be delivered within seven calendar days of each order to designated Utilities facilities. The solicitation anticipates as-needed orders approximately two or three times per year at each location, with quantities not guaranteed. The initial contract term is one year from execution, with two additional one-year renewal periods available by mutual agreement. Vendors must provide warranty information, client references, required ownership and vendor questionnaires, applicable licenses and certifications, proof of insurance, business registration, a W-9 when applicable, and required affidavits and certifications through the electronic procurement portal.
