Description
Gwinnett County Public Schools is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers headquartered within Gwinnett County, Georgia, for a catalog discount arrangement covering office supplies. This is a demand-usage contract rather than a line-item bid; items will be ordered as needed, and bidders must provide discounts on applicable catalog items. Pricing must remain firm during the initial term, and delivery prices must include freight and comply with the district’s delivery requirements. The initial contract term runs from January 1, 2027, or award, through December 31, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewals.
