Description
The United States Postal Service is soliciting a contractor for Contract Delivery Service route HCR 84085, serving Duchesne, Tabiona, Hanna, and Fruitland, Utah. The contractor must case, load, transport, unload, deliver, and collect mail along the specified route, operate according to the required schedule, protect the mail, perform extra trips when ordered, and handle contingency situations such as schedule changes, vehicle breakdowns, inclement weather, and driver absence. The contractor must provide at least one vehicle with 120 cubic feet of usable load space, standby equipment, cellular communication capability, and required warning lights.
