COUNTY OF CLARKDECOMMISSIONING OF MONITORING WELLS AND LANDFILL GAS PROBES Bids Due 1:50 pm, October 27, 2026 INVITATION TO BID NO. 2846NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SEALED BIDS will be received by the Clark County Council in the Office of Purchasing/General Services, 1300 Franklin Street, Suite 650, Vancouver, Washington, UNTIL 1:50 p.m., on the 27th of October 2026, for the purpose of securing:Decommissioning of Monitoring Wells and Landfill Gas ProbesBids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Councilors Hearing Room, 6th Floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660, at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 27, 2026 or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. Bid specifications may be requested by emailing the Office of Purchasing/General Services at purchasing@clark.wa.gov . The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 9:00 am. Contractors shall meet at the English Pit Landfill entrance off NE 9th Street, West of 192nd Avenue at 902 NE 192nd Avenue, Vancouver WA 98684. Title VI Statement Clark County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d?4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
