Description
Multnomah County Homeless Services Department is seeking a technical assistance provider to project manage, organize, and administer the Point-in-Time Count with support from County staff and community partners. The requested capabilities include coordination across multiple government agencies and community partners, data collection involving hard-to-reach populations, and communication of data analysis to agency leadership, community stakeholders, elected officials, and the general public. The opportunity is issued as a Request for Intermediate Proposals for requirements-basis services. The initial contract expenditure is expected to be less than $250,000, although no minimum purchase amount is guaranteed. The contract term and compensation method will be negotiated at award. Proposers must submit a PDF proposal through the Multco Marketplace Supplier Portal and complete the portal's certification and proposal-response questions.
