Description
Hillsborough County, Florida is seeking competitive sealed proposals from experienced and qualified for-profit and non-profit entities to rehabilitate, manage, and operate small multifamily rehabilitation projects. The projects are intended to address unmet recovery needs resulting from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for the full scope of work as detailed in the NOFA Instructions and Application (Attachments A and B). The estimated project budget is $10,000,000.00. The solicitation includes requirements for site control, scope of work, duplication of benefits certification, site map, and various optional attachments depending on applicability.
