Description
The Arizona Game and Fish Department is soliciting construction bids for a new boating facility at Parker Canyon Lake. The scope includes clearing and grubbing, grading, paving, installation of a vault toilet, installation of a dock and gangway, and construction of a concrete boat ramp in accordance with the engineer's plans and project special provisions. The project must comply with Build America, Buy America Act requirements. Work may not be performed from May 24 through September 30 because of breeding-season restrictions, and work is anticipated to begin October 1, 2026. The solicitation states that this is not a Davis-Bacon wage project. Pricing includes separate BABA-compliant and non-BABA-compliant base-bid items, applicable taxes, and a $5,000 testing allowance.
