Description
Vail Unified School District #20 is soliciting proposals for a Childcare Management System. The contract will involve federal funds, requiring compliance with various federal regulations including EDGAR certifications, equal employment opportunity, Davis-Bacon Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Clean Air Act, Federal Water Pollution Control Act, debarment and suspension provisions, Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment, record retention, Energy Policy and Conservation Act, Buy America Act, and access to records. The vendor must agree to termination for cause or convenience, and provide certifications for MWBE/HUB status. The system will be used to manage childcare operations within the district.
