Description
The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to perform low-impact stabilization and erosion-control work at O'Donnell Creek in the Las Cienegas National Conservation Area. The scope includes constructing one Zuni bowl headcut-stabilization structure, three to four one-rock dams, and one media luna using locally sourced rock and hand tools only. The contractor must also provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and technical expertise; coordinate site access; and comply with environmental, seasonal, and site-specific requirements. The work includes Year-2 application of BLM-approved locally collected native seed, structural maintenance, and project documentation. Required quote volumes are documentation, prior demonstrated experience, and pricing. The solicitation requires three similar contracts completed or substantially completed within the previous five years, and evaluates technical approach, past experience, past performance, and price. The stated magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000, and the acquisition is a 100% total small-business set-aside.
