Description
The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is soliciting bids for an agency-specific term contract to furnish and deliver Calsoft T-60/Spectradet T-60, or a functional equivalent, on an as-needed basis. The estimated quantity is 135,000 pounds over 12 months, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantity. The product must meet specified ranges for pH, active weight, solids, color, odor, specific gravity, density, composition, and viscosity, and must be accompanied by a current Safety Data Sheet upon delivery. Bidders must be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the offered product and must provide manufacturer authorization and the manufacturer's standard warranty. Delivery is FOB destination within North Carolina, including one tanker load of approximately 45,000 pounds within 10 calendar days after each purchase order. The contract has an initial one-year term with up to two additional one-year renewal options. Bids are evaluated primarily on lowest responsive price and compliance with the specifications.
