Description
Monroe County is seeking a vendor to supply janitorial products for its Administration Center and Correctional Facility from January 1 through December 31, 2027. The solicitation includes cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, soaps, paper products, trash liners, gloves, mops, brushes, towels, restroom supplies, laundry products, and related maintenance items. Quantities are estimates, payment will be based on supplies actually ordered and received, and prices must remain fixed for the contract term. Products marked “NO SUBSTITUTES” must be supplied as specified; other substitutions must meet the stated quality requirements and may require samples or manufacturer descriptions. The vendor must provide weekly or timely deliveries, include all delivery and handling costs in unit pricing, provide quarterly usage reports and a customer order sheet, support dispenser maintenance, and provide and install identified dispensers within 30 days of award. The proposal must include the completed vendor signature/profile page, itemized pricing for both facilities, at least three business references, bid security, three un-stapled paper copies, and a USB/flash drive containing the proposal in Excel format.
